SOCCER STRONG PROGRAM

Young soccer players are at an increase risk of injuries if they are not given proper guidance on importance of jumping/landing mechanics, strength and overall flexibility. Soccer Strong Program was created to combine the Medical aspect of Physical Therapy as well as an 8- week Strength and Conditioning Program
