
Soccer Strong Program
Young soccer players are at an increase risk of injuries if they are not given proper guidance on importance of jumping/landing mechanics, strength and overall flexibility. Soccer Strong Program was created to combine the Medical aspect of Physical Therapy, as well as an 8- week Strength and Conditioning Program to decrease risk of ACL tears, hamstring strains, ankle sprains, and groin strains and make an all around soccer player!
Pre and Post PT Evaluation using VALD Performance equipment and 8 Week Progressive Strength & Conditioning Program
Pre and Post Testing using VALD PERFORMANCE equipment to provide objective data to identify strengths, areas for improvement to decrease risk of injuries, and tailor training for peak performance.
2x/week Soccer Strength Training group session at Future of Fitness
Guidance on proper form with exercises
Strengthen and protect muscles/tendons/ligaments and improve stabilization
8 Week Strength Program ONLY
