
Youth Foundations Program
Athletes ages 10 and up need to have a strong athletic foundation. A structured foundational strength program helps develop coordination, body control, and injury resilience while reinforcing proper movement patterns.
The Youth Foundations Program combines the Medical aspect of Physical Therapy as well as 4 week blocks of Strength and Conditioning. This will help athletes decrease risks of common overuse injuries, increase overall strength, improve proper landing mechanics and running techniques, to help set athletes up for long-term success and peak performance in their sport!
Whats Included:
Pre and Post PT Evaluation using VALD Performance equipment
Provides objective data to help determine if athlete is ready for Sport Specific Training Groups- (i.e: Soccer Strong, Swim Strong, or the Athletic Dominance program with Future of Fitness)
2x/week for 4 Weeks Progressive Strength & Conditioning Program: Starts the 1st week of every month
Program Start Dates/Days/Times:
Mondays: 7-8pm
Wednesdays: 7-8pm
Guidance on proper form with exercises
Strengthen and protect muscles/tendons/ligaments and improve stabilization
